Amanda's necklace was made an hour before the text conversation we see her in there.
She assembled it with a variety of stones to help her balance out after the past couple days' revelations.
From her right:
Red Jasper to protect against negativity and bring stability
Lapis Lazuli for a double wammy of healing and amplifying psychic abilities
Clear Quartz as an all-purpose amplifier
Ametrine for dream work and mental clarity
and Lepidolite for calming anxious thoughts and feelings.
None of these stones have anything to do with why her eyes are glowing.
