Instead of trying to push and get another subpar unfinished page out, the girls wanted these two to have some time back in the spotlight.
April Fools Day is something I look forward to every year in the comics I read, and fewer take the time to tap it, especially weekly ones like this.

Shouldn’t Yuri have been, well, Lilies?
I get this question a lot, so here is a bit of an explanation.
Aromatic lilies tend to have an aggressive, perfumey scent profile that can be offputting, especially to anyone that is scent sensitive. Since that didn’t fit the image I was going for, I settled on orchid because of its sapphic imagery, mature scent, and as a nod to the Golden Orchid Society during the Qing Dynasty.
