Also yo, I’m gonna pick up the tab in a bit, I’m sorry my contributions have been absent lately, I’m getting less than $300 at my work for two weeks at a time and it’s REALLY starting to f**k with my life.

I don’t know what jurisdiction they’re in, but if they’re using a European-descend legal system, they don’t get to decide whether or not charges would be filed. An attack by someone against the citizen of a legal system is considered a crime against the STATE, and the DA would be the one to decide if charges are pressed. The victim would have no power or input over the process. Sure, she can say that she doesn’t want charges pressed, but if the DA makes a decision, she can’t stop this from going to trial/plea bargain/investigation/etc.
Yeah, it’d be pretty rough on the girls if that story got looked at closer, wouldn’t it?
Would they lie and try to let the boys take the heat?
I’m sure it wouldn’t go along well with the ridiculous damage to that alley that has also surely been reported by now?
