I hate to ask, and please don’t take it as an insult– the way he/she is drawn through the next few panels made me curious. He/she looks slightly more like a guy in most cases but I just wanted the real story.

That’s a she. She actually appears a bit later on in the comic as well. I was going to link you to that page, but I didn’t know if you’d find that less fun given how often you comb through!
…well, I found her, as well as a in-comic reference to her gender. I knew she was one of the team but forgot she was the one I was asking about, if that makes ANY sense at all.
