SPX This Weekend!
This absurd hiatus can soon be over. We're both sweating over whether the books will get here in time. It's been pretty dead here on the page, but it's been like... non-stop work. Here's to hoping it all works out alright. The top image is actually a finished print now (that looks hella nice) but I'll not be posting online in its finished form until we've got the shop back up. The bottom one will hopefully be wrapped up tomorrow. I could get to gabbing here, but like... it's not good to dump your existential dread on your readers! :D Hope to see a few of you this weekend. Stop by, say hi, and know that I'm so, so grateful that you all are sticking around <3
(New Banners/Bookmarks) (New Min Book Cover) (Act 1 & Conflict of Interests) We're not back just yet, but we DID secure some quotes and made a little progress on getting these new books ready. Obviously, this new cover is far from completed, but it's a lot closer than it was! It wouldn't be dramatic to say that the past month and some change have been among the hardest of my adult life. I'm not going to dump all my personal woes here, but there's a reason the website's been so quiet for such an unacceptable amount of time. I'm finally moving again and the problems have stabilized enough that I should be good to get the artwork flowing again... assuming the hits don't keep coming. I see that you've all kept checking in, and that's helped a lot. <3 Regardless of how bad things get, I'm going to get this story out. Thanks for hanging in there with me.

    Nice cover. Not sure I’m liking Cheng’s new look, but I’ll know better once it’s colored. I think the lack of texture in Min Hua’s hair is kinda making her look like Aaron Fairchilde, but maybe I’m just tired.

    In any case, I’m diggin’ Rei in this one.

      Naw, she just got some wide hips and Rei is leaning back really far while hugging her.
      It took me a second to see how you saw that, but I laughed pretty hard when I did.
